Elected Experience: Camas School District Board; Director District 2; 2024

– present

Other Professional Experience: Director, American Chemical Society Education MSc, Saint Joseph’s University; MSc, University of Minnesota; BSc, Purdue University

Community Service: I am actively involved in leadership roles within our schools, community and in the City of Camas, including: Camas Robotics Booster Club; Camas School District Citizens Advisory, Policy Review, and City Schools Committees; Board of Trustees Clark County (WA) Mosquito Control District; City of Camas Parking Advisory Committee, Board of Adjustment, Salary Review Commission; Camas-Washougal Community Chest.

Statement: I am deeply committed to empowering students and families through thoughtful leadership and innovative solutions. My journey as a lifelong learner has equipped me to analyze challenges, embrace diverse perspectives, and drive meaningful progress. By applying these experiences, I strive to meet the evolving needs of education and ensure students have access to the tools they need to succeed. For the past 23 years, Camas has been my home, where my wife and I have raised our four children, all proud students of Camas schools.

This connection inspires my dedication to fostering growth and collaboration within our district. Since 2024, I’ve served as a Camas School Board Director, focusing on transparent decision-making and inclusive engagement. Through roles such as board member of the Camas Robotics Club and involvement in community groups, I work to strengthen opportunities and build a supportive environment for students. It would be an honor to continue serving as a Director for the Camas School District, making a lasting impact for students, families, and educators.
