School Board Elections – Vote for NoTA?

The ballots are in the mail and you should have received yours. Now it’s time to vote for your local school board directors.

We’ve sent email’s to all candidates at least 5 times. Most never responded. Why? Are they not interested in telling you what they think? Are they too busy to take the time? Are they afraid that if you know their views they will not get your vote? Do they not know about the topics we asked about? (In case you want to see what we’ve asked them check this link: https://swweducation.org?page_id=3851

Some candidates are running unopposed and may not feel they need to answer

Where there is competition a few people responded but others chose not to.

If a candidate chose not to answer questions should they get your vote?

We suggest a write-in vote if you don’t want to follow the herd: Vote NoTA (None of The Above). If enough people vote NoTA perhaps future candidates will make the effort to respond.
